This Criminal Petition is filed under section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the FIR in Crime No. 75 of 2011 of Kothapet Police Station registered for offences under section 324, 506, 498-A read with section 34 IPC and Section 3 (1) (x) of SCs and STs [POA] Act, 1989.
