THE HON’BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI KALYAN JYOTI SENGUPTA AND THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 40401 of 2014 ORDER: (Per the Hon’ble the Chief Justice Sri Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta) This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of Habeas Corpus.
It appears that it is absolutely a family dispute, namely, the claim and rival claim of the petitioner and the 5th respondent with regard to their children, and it is not a case of detention at all.
We therefore dismiss the writ petition. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum, if so advised. No order as to costs.
