JUDGMENT / ORDER

When the writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing on either side submit that the fifth respondent is not the lowest tenderer. Therefore, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 would submit that the fifth respondent's tender is not going to be accepted.
2. In such view of the matter, the writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
