Sri Mohd. Aslam Khan, learned counsel for the petitioner at the outset comes up with a prayer to withdraw this petition with liberty to file afresh after incorporating certain necessary pleas and annexing documents.
The petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh.
Certified copy of the impugned FIR may be returned to the learned counsel for the petitioner after retaining xerox copy of the same attested by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
