Hon'ble Yogendra Kumar Sangal,J.
List and connect along with writ petition No. 5000 (M/B) of 2010.
Notice on behalf of the opposite party nos. 12,3,5 & 6 has been accepted by the learned AGA.
Let a notice be issued to opposite party no. 4 returnable at an early date.
Keeping in view the interim order passed in the the aforesaid writ petition, it is provided that petitioners shall not be arrested till the next date of listing or till filing of charge-sheet whichever is earlier, in Case Crime No. 397 of 2007, under Section 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B/34 IPC read with Section 7/12/13 of Prevention of Corruption Act, P.S. Mahanagar, district Lucknow.
