Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Pankaj Bharti, learned counsel for the complainant and learned A. G. A. for the State.
The present anticipatory bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No. 048 of 2018, under Sections 354Kha, 307, 504, 506 IPC and section 3/4 D. P. Act Police Station Mahila Thana District Bulandshahr with the prayer to grant anticipatory bail to the applicant.
I have perused the FIR as well as the order by means of which the anticipatory bail application has been rejected by the court below.
Learned AGA has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail with the contention that the victim has received as received a number of injuries, copy of which is annexed as annexure no. 2 to the affidavit.
After hearing the learned counsel for the applicant and also looking to the fact that the applicant has already approached this Court by means of filing a writ petition, no case for grant of any indulgence is made out.
Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
