Having considered the application as well as medical paper on record, so also considering the jail remarks sheet submitted by Mr. M.G.Nanavati, learned APP for the respondent-state, it transpires that appropriate orders were passed by the Trial Court regarding temporary bail and hence the instant application is disposed of reserving liberty of the applicant, to move to Trial Court for temporary bail.
