JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Rajesh Chandra,J.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Smt. Chhaya Gupta, Advocate on behalf of the respondent.
The petitioner has admittedly taken loan for the commercial purpose. He has committed default in repayment of loan amount. Loan agreement has not been brought on record.
Counsel for the respondent points out that there is an arbitration clause in the loan agreement executed for the purpose. In view of the aforesaid, no interference under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is warranted.
Writ petition is dismissed. Petitioner may seek his remedy in accordance with law.
