ORDER:
Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for the first respondent and learned Counsel for respondents 2 and 3.
This Writ Petition was filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to expeditiously pursue the investigation in Crime No.45 of 2008, dated 17.05.2008 of Cheepurupally Police Station, Vizianagaram Distgrict.
Learned Counsel for respondents 2 and 3 submits that investigation was completed in the said crime and the case was taken on file in C.C.No.70 of 2010 and it was tried. The said complaint was ultimately dismissed and the accused were acquitted by order dated 21.11.2012 by the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Cheepurpally.
In view of the above, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive and hence no further orders are required to be passed therein.
The Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
