The petitioners are regular permit holders operating on the route Thottappally - Valiya Azheekkal. They were aggrieved by the plying of the KSRTC vehicles without permits on the said route. The KSRTC have filed a statement wherein copy of the permits have been produced. In such circumstances, nothing survives in the writ petition. If the petitioners have any surviving grievance, they can approach the appropriate authority. Sd/-
