Sri I.M. Khan, Advocate has stated that he had wrongly filed his Vakalatnama in the present bail application on behalf of informant. In fact, he has received this Vakalatnama from his client in some other case. He has prayed that his name from the order dated 27.10.2018 may be deleted and his Vakalatnama may be returned to him.
Accordingly, the correction application is allowed.
The name of Sri I.M. Khan is deleted from the order dated 27.10.2018 and his Vakalatnama filed in the present bail application is returned to him.

Sri Ajay Kumar Mishra has stated that he has appeared in the present bail application and filed Vakalatnama on behalf of informant, but the name of Sri I.M. Khan was wrongly transcribed in the order dated 27.10.2018.
I have perused the record. Vakalatnama filed by Sri Ajay Kumar Mishra on behalf of informant is available on record.
The correction application is allowed.
In the order dated 27.10.2018, the name of Sri I.M. Khan is deleted and in his place, name of Sri Ajay Kumar Mishra be read as counsel for the informant.
