Heard Sri Akhilendra Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri J.K. Upadhyay, learned A.G.A. for the respondent nos. 1 to 3.
This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking quashment of FIR dated 16.08.2018 in respect of Case Crime No. 527 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 41, 102, 414 I.P.C., P.S. Ramgarh, District Firozabad.
Considering the serious allegations levelled against the petitioner and further considering the fact that the co-accused persons have already been arrested, we are not inclined to interfere in the present writ petition.
However, if the petitioner approaches the court below after surrender and apply for bail, the competent court shall decide the said bail application expeditiously in accordance with law.
The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
It is made clear that we have observed nothing on the merits of the case and the trial court would be at liberty to decide the case in accordance with law.
