Instant revision has been filed against the order dated 1 June 2019 passed by Additional Session Judge/F.T.C., Court No. 1, Gautam Buddha Nagar, whereby, the discharge application of the revisionist has been rejected.
Learned counsel for the revisionist submits that the complaint was lodged after a lapse of 8 to 9 months and there is no postmortem report.
On specific query, it is admitted that the facts being raised before this Court was raised and considered by the court below.
Learned counsel for the revisionist failed to point out any illegality, infirmity or jurisdictional error in the impugned order.
The revision is, accordingly, dismissed.
