Learned A.G.A. has pointed out that the applicants have criminal history of 9 cases. The applicants have not disclosed their criminal history in the present anticipatory bail application.
In view of above, it is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the applicants.
Accordingly, this application for anticipatory bail of the applicants is rejected.
