Heard Sri Shyam Sunder Mishra, learned counsel for the applicants and Sri S.B. Maurya, learned counsel for the State and perused the record.
Sri Deepak Kumar Verma, learned counsel appears on behalf of the first informant and states that he has filed his vakalatnama in the office today i.e. on 28.10.2021 but the same is not on record.
Office is directed to trace out the same and place it on record.
The anticipatory bail application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicants Nadeem, Nafees, Shakeela, Sakib, Ayasha, Nasrin and Anees, seeking anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest in Case Crime No. 121 of 2021, under Sections 498-A, 323, 506 IPC and Section 3/4 D.P. Act and Section 3/4 Muslim Women (Protection of Rights on Marriage), Act 2019, Police Station Akbarpur, District Ram Bai Nagar.
Learned counsel for the applicants states that the present anticipatory bail application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicants directly before this Court without approaching the court below and prays that the same may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to the applicants to approach before the court concerned.
The prayer as prayed is allowed.
The present anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.
The party shall file computer generated copy of such order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad, self attested by the applicant(s) (preferably Aadhar Card) mentioning the mobile number(s) to which the said Aadhar Card is linked.
The concerned Court/Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of such computerized copy of the order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall make a declaration of such verification in writing.
