Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Counsel for the respondent-Bank.
On 24.05.2019 following order was passed by this Court:-
"Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he is ready and willing to deposit the amount in instalments to which the learned counsel for the contesting respondents has no objection.
In order to establish his bonafide, the petitioners may deposit 50% of the impugned demand by 31.05.2019. He will produce the receipt of payment before the Court on that date.
Put up as fresh on 31.05.2019. "
Today, on query being made learned Counsel for the petitioner expressed his inability to produce any receipt in compliance of the order dated 24.05.2019.
This Court is not ready to grant any further indulgence to the petitioner as the petitioner has failed to comply with the order passed by this Court on 24.05.2019.
This Writ Petition is dismissed as above. No costs. However, it is open to the petitioner to take recourse to the other remedies available to him under the law.
