This writ petition for grant of compassionate appointment has been filed on the ground that petitioner's father died in harness on 14.8.1972.
A period of more than 47 years have expired since the death of petitioner's father. It is too late in the day to entertain any claim for grant of compassionate appointment. Such claim is against all settled principles for grant of compassionate appointment.
The writ petition is dismissed.
