ORDER:
This writ petition is filed with the grievance that though the petitioner has made an application for registration of his lands admeasuring Ac.29-21 cents in R.S.Nos.264, 265, 266, 267, 268 and 269 of Pedagonnuru Village, Mudinepalli Mandal of Krishna District, the respondents have not been disposing of the same in terms of G.O.Ms.No.7 Animal Husbandry, Dairy Development and Fisheries (FISH.II) Department dated 16.03.2013.
After hearing the learned counsel for both parties, respondents 2 to 4 are directed to ensure that the petitioner’s application stated to have been made on 28.02.2014 is considered by the District Level Committee, if the same has already not been disposed of, a decision is taken thereon and the same communicated to the petitioner within three months from the date of receipt of this order.
Subject to the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
As a sequel to the disposal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.42200 of 2014 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
