1. Rule was issued on 28.06.2012 returnable today i.e. on 10.07.2012.
2. Learned APP Mr. H. K. Patel was asked to verify the genuineness of the ground and antecedents of the convict.
3. Learned APP Mr. Patel made available for perusal a communication dated 05.07.2012 along-with a statement of one Aminabibi Noorkhan Dawoodkhan recorded on 04.07.2012 wherein she has stated that the wife of the convict along-with her children is residing with deponent who happens to be the mother of convict.
4. In view of the contents of the application which are not correct, the same is rejected.
