Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.
The present petition has been filed for a direction upon the Court concerned to decide Original Suit No. 133 of 2017 within a stipulated period.
From the order-sheet of the case, it does not appear that the suit is ripe for final adjudication. The last order annexed, dated 18.09.2017, indicates that 16.11.2017 was the date fixed for filing written statement.
Under the circumstances, no specific direction need be issued, at this stage.
It is expected that the court concerned, in absence of any legal impediment, shall bring the proceeding to its logical conclusion in accordance with law.
