Petitioner who is owner of truck challenges the first information report lodged as Case Crime No.228 of 2019, under Section 3/5A/8 of Cow Slaughter (Prevention) Act and Section 11 of Animal Cruelty Act, police station- Ali Nagar, District Chandauli.
Contention of the petitioner is that he was neither present on the spot nor was carrying the cow. The allegations made in the first information report are false and baseless and the petitioner has no concern with the same.
From the perusal of the allegations made in the first information report, no case for interference is made out.
The writ petition is dismissed.
