It is submitted that the petitioner in W.P(C) No.7025/2009 is no more. It is also submitted by the learned counsel for the respondent Bank that an ARC 1487/2011 is pending before the Jurisdictional Arbitrator. In such circumstance, the Bank who has filed the ARC would have to implead the legal heirs of the petitioner before the Arbitrator. Writ petition stands closed without prejudice to the contention of the legal heirs. Sd/-
