Ref. Order on Criminal Misc. Correction Application No.1 of 2018.
Heard learned counsel for the applicants as well as learned AGA and perused the record.
The correction application has been moved for correction in the order dated 1.11.2018 passed by this Court.
The correction application is allowed and the order dated 1.11.2018 is corrected as under:
'In the petition the name of the applicant is printed as Nabab Ali@Anwara And 2 Others which should be Nabab Ali@Awara And 2 Others.
Computer Centre is directed to correct the name as such and the same shall be read as Nabab Ali@Awara And 2 Others and in the 3rd line of 2nd paragraph Complaint Case No.94 of 2008 is deleted and in its place 94 of 2018 is substituted and the same shall be read as such.
With the aforesaid observations, this application is finally disposed of.
