1. Solitary grievance of the petitioner appears to be that his Case No. 06227 of 2018 (Computerized Case No. T201805440306227) (Naseer Khan Vs. Qyamuddin Khan & Ors.), filed under Section 116 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, before respondent no.2-Sub-Divisional Officer, Tamkuhiraj, District-Kushinagar, has remained pending for very long.
2. Without entering into the merits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.2-Sub-Divisional Officer, Tamkuhiraj, District-Kushinagar, to decide the aforesaid case, as expeditiously as possible, strictly in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, provided that the petitioner does not seek any adjournment during that period.
