ORDER Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo seeking permission to withdraw the writ petition. Memo is placed on record.
Accordingly, writ petition stands disposed off as having been withdrawn in terms of memo. Liberty is reserved as sought for. All contentions of the parties are kept open.
Time spent in prosecuting this petition shall be discounted while computing the period of limitation for availing the other remedy.
