Heard learned counsel for the applicant and Sri C.P. Garg, learned counsel for opposite party.
The applicants are before this Court for a direction to initiate contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for willful disobedience of the order dated 14.06.2019 passed in Writ Petition No. 9626 of 2019 (Nathe Singh Vs. State of U.P. and others).
Today when the matter is taken up, Sri C.P. Garg, learned counsel for opposite party filed affidavit of compliance before this Court, the same is taken on record. It is stated in the affidavit that in compliance of the order of Writ Court, a decision has already been taken by the opposite party on 05.12.2019 copy of the same is appended as Annexure No.7 to the affidavit. It is argued that the order of the Writ Court has been fully complied with in its letter and spirit and no further cause of action would remain survived and prays for dismissal of the present contempt application.
Heard learned counsel for the parties.
In this view of the matter, this Court is of the opinion that since the order of the writ court has already been complied with, therefore, no further order is required to be passed in the matter.
Accordingly, the present contempt application is dismissed.
