M/s.Haveli Lifestyle Private Limited, A company registered under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956, Having its Office at “The Haveli”, No.4020/A, 1st Cross, 17th Main, HAL II Stage, Indiranagar, Bengaluru-560038. …Respondent These Writ Petitions are filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the trial court to dispose off I.A.No.1 and II in O.S.No.7149/2018 pending before the XL Additional City Civil Judge, Bengaluru as expeditiously as possible and within a certain time frame.
These Writ Petitions coming on for Orders, this day, the Court made the following:-
O R D E R Learned counsel for the petitioner and Smt. Rukmini K.M. representing the respondent-Company having been heard in the matter, the petition prayer which is apparently innocuous is granted since Smt. Rukmini has no objection thereto.
2. Therefore the Court below is directed to take up the subject applications for consideration and dispose of the same within an outer limit of one month from this day.
Accordingly, the writ petitions are allowed-in-part.
