JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard Mr. Majmudar, learned Advocate for the petitioner. He has submitted that present petition is exactly identical to Special Civil Application No.6598 of 2012. It is also submitted that after hearing the petitioner, the Court has entertained the petitioner and directed the office to issue notice making it returnable on 4th July 2012. Similar order is requested for in present petition.
Notice returnable on 4th July 2012. Registry is directed to keep copy of this order in each petition.
