It is reported that Mr. Joshi, learned advocate for the applicant, has filed sick note, however, considering the request/relief prayed for in present application, below mentioned order is passed.
2. The applicant - original petitioner has taken out present application seeking below mentioned relief/direction:-
"(B) This Honnourable Court be pleased to fix a date of Special Civil Application No.7428 of 2000 on a day convenient to the Honourable Court;"
3. Having regard to the averments made in the application and also taking into consideration the fact that old and senior writ petitions than present writ petition are already admitted and awaiting final hearing, the application stands disposed of with direction to the office that the writ petition being Special Civil Application No.7428 of 2000 be listed in the cause list of Final Hearing in due course, considering its seniority.
4. With the aforesaid observations and direction, present application stands disposed of.
