1. Learned advocate Mr. Joshi submitted that vide order dated 17/08/2011, the Court (Coram:H.K.Rathod, J., as his lordship then was), in Special Civil Application No.10576 of 2011 observed that the representation of the petitioner may be considered and the resolution dated 07/02/1986 made by the Central Government and the resolution dated 13/08/1990 made by the State Government may also be taken into account while considering the representation. He submitted that while deciding petitioner's representation pursuant to order dated 17/08/2011 passed in Special Civil Application No.10576 of 2011, the said resolutions are not considered.
2. Hence, it is observed that the competent authority may consider the above said resolutions and pass appropriate order in accordance with law. The petition is disposed of with above observation and direction.
