Leave to add State of Gujarat, through Secretary, Finance Department.
NOTICE returnable on 12.3.2012.
As per the resolution issued by State of Gujarat dated 13.8.1990 (Annexure H to the petition), Mr. D.P. Joshi, learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the services of the petitioner which were earlier rendered in the office of Accountant General should be clubbed. Respondent No.1 shall file an affidavit explaining the same.
Direct service is permitted.
