JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. This Court on 11.06.2012 passed the following order:
"Ld.
Counsel for petitioner has drawn attention of the Court to ground no. 9 narrated in the memo of petition and in support of the same, reliance has been placed on the decision of the Apex Court in the case of Union of India vs. S.K. Kapoor, (2011)4 SCC 589. However, ld. Counsel Ms. Madavia requests for time. S.O to 20/6/12."
2. Even today Ms. Madavia requests for time. Accordingly matter is adjourned to 11.07.2012.
