JUDGMENT / ORDER

Learned advocate Mr.MTM Hakim, for the petitioner, urges that the matter before the trial Court is fixed tomorrow and on account of the pendency of this petition, it is being found difficult for the petitioner herein to get the adjournment as the request today is made on behalf of the learned Additional Advocate General to fix the matter on 25.4.2012. The petitioner shall make an appropriate application before the Court, which shall be considered sympathetically by the Court concerned.
