JUDGMENT / ORDER

This Court by an order dated 22.03.2013 in W.P.No.6959 of 2013, which reads as follows:
5. Therefore, the writ petition is disposed of directing the Director of Elementary Education, who is the third respondent herein to examine the representations of the petitioners and find out whether the case of the petitioners is identical to that of the aforesaid V.P.Somasundaram and M.V.MURALIDARAN,J kkd to pass appropriate orders in accordance with the statutory rules and the Government Ortde5s in force, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
Since the said order has not been complied with, within the stipulated time as directed by this Court, the present contempt petition has been filed.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate has produced the proceedings of the Director of Elementary Education, Chennai in Na.Ka.No.14178/D3/2015 dated Nil.07.2015, rejecting the petitioner's request.
3. In view of the same, the contempt petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the order of the rejection dated Nil.07.2015.
