JUDGMENT / ORDER

ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
“… to issue a Writ, order of direction, more particularly, a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondent No.5 in seizing the commodities of the petitioner’s fair price shop without following any procedure of law and consequently, the action of respondent No.4 in not allowing the petitioner to run the FP shop of Konathaneri Village as illegal and arbitrary and consequently, to direct the respondents to allow the petitioner to run the FP shop of Konathaneri Village, Thottambedu Mandal, Chittoor District.
On 22.12.2014, this Court has passed the following order:
“Respondent No.4 is personally present. He has submitted that he has committed a mistake by withholding the supply of stocks of essential commodities to the petitioner’s fair price shop, though her authorization relating thereto has not been suspended, following the initiation of proceedings under Section 6-A of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (for short ‘the Act’), against her. He has also stated that the proceedings under Section 6-A of the Act have been closed as the alleged variations are within the permissible limits. He has agreed to collect the Demand Draft from the petitioner tomorrow itself and allot the essential commodities to her fair price shop.
In view of the above submission, the presence of respondent No.4 is dispensed with. The case is adjourned to 24-12-2014 for reporting on the collection of demand draft by respondent No.4 from the petitioner and allotment of essential commodities to her fair price shop.”
Today, at the hearing, Sri A.Chandraiah Naidu, learned counsel for the petitioner, has submitted that respondent No.4 has personally visited the petitioner's house and collected the Demand Drafts from her for allotment of the essential commodities to her for distribution to the card holders.
In view of the above submission of the learned counsel, the Writ Petition is closed with the warning to respondent No.4 not to repeat such conduct in future.
As a sequel to closure of the Writ Petition, W.P.M.P.Nos.48195 and 48196 of 2014 filed by the petitioner for interim relief are disposed of as infructuous.
