ORDER In these petitions, the petitioners seek for a direction to respondent No.2 to consider the petitioners review submitted under Annexures -A and B under Section 21-B, in accordance with law.
2. On perusal of the record, I deem it appropriate to dispose of these writ petitions with a direction to the competent authority to consider and decide the petitioners review in accordance with law, if not already decided, by a speaking order within a period of four months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order passed today. Ordered accordingly.
3. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
With the aforesaid direction, these petitions are disposed of.
