By proceedings dated 28.07.2014, the Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation (APSRTC) placed the petitioner under suspension. The same is subjected to challenge in the present writ petition. It is however not the case of the petitioner that the said suspension is without jurisdiction or in violation of statutory regulations.
2 . In that view of the matter, no cause is made out for interference by this Court. However, keeping in mind the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the opinion that the disciplinary proceedings against the petitioner should be concluded without undue delay.
3. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of with a direction to the APSRTC to conclude the enquiry instituted against the petitioner expeditiously and in any event, not later than three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. WP MP No.30795 of 2014 shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
