P.P. for R1) This Criminal petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. praying to quash the entire investigation in Cr.No.70/2015 registered for the offence P/U/S 7 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, pending investigation on the file of the respondent police.
This Criminal petition coming on for Orders, this day, the Court made the following:
O R D E R Learned Spl. PP for respondent No.1 has filed a Memo along with copy of the ‘B’ Summary Report.
In view of the said ‘B’ Summary Report, nothing further suvives for consideration in this petition. Hence, petition is disposed of reserving liberty to the petitioner to seek for appropriate remedy, if any, depending upon the order passed by the learned Magistrate on the said ‘B’ report.
