JUDGMENT / ORDER

Mr.M.Maharaja, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 and 9 and Mr.R.Rajeswaran, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for respondents 2 to 8 and 10. By consent, the main writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 4,6 and 7 to take appropriate action on the basis of report submitted by the 5th respondent dated 06.06.2017 and also on his representation dated 21.06.2017 and thereby appoint a Fit person to the Arulmigu Karaga Devatha Amman Thirukoil, Singasathanapalli, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District for renovating and safeguarding the lands of the said temple respectively.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that it would be suffice to direct the 4th respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.06.2017, taking into consideration the report of the 5th respondent and pass orders in accordance with law.
4. Mr.M.Maharaja, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 9 submitted that the 4th respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.06.2017 and pass orders in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties.
5. Mr.R.Rajeswaran, learned Special Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents 2 to 8 and 10 submitted that the 4th respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.06.2017, taking into consideration the report of the 5th respondent dated 06.06.2017 and pass orders in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks.
5. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 4th respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.06.2017, taking into consideration the report of the 5th respondent, and pass orders in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving notice to all the interested parties.
With this observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
