JUDGMENT / ORDER

The writ petitioner is seeking a direction directing the third respondent to implement the order passed by him in favour of the petitioner dated 09.12.2016 made in Na.Ka.No.682/2015/A7.
2. Even though the order came to be passed on 09.12.2016, it has not been carried out in the revenue records so far. Aggrieved over the same, the writ petitioner seeks for a direction.
3. Learned Special Government Pleader would submit that there are rival claimants in the issue. Admittedly, the order came to be passed on 09.12.2016 after giving opportunity to the rival submissions. If at all rival claimants intends to proceed against the order, they are entitled to go on appeal before the next Appellate Authority. The writ petitioner has stated that no appeal so far has been preferred by the rival parties.
4. Recording the submissions, a direction is issued to the Tahsildar/third respondent to take appropriate steps and implement his own order dated 09.02.2016 made in Na.Ka.No.682/2015/A7, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. The writ petition is ordered accordingly. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
