Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the proceedings made in Na.Ka.No.6060/A4/2003 dated 29.03.2004 passed by the first respondent and quash the same and forbear the respondents from transferring the petitioner from the second respondent school to any other school along with the post.

2. Heard the arguments advanced on either side and perused the materials available on record.
3. The brief facts of the case are as follows: The petitioner was appointed in the second respondent School on 20.09.1995 and the same was approved by the first respondent on 25.01.1996. Since the strength of the students in the School reduced, surplus staff were transferred to some other place. As the first respondent is empowered to redeploy surplus Teachers to needy School, the petitioner was transferred to another School, wherein there was lack of Teachers.
4. This Court while entertaining the writ petition has granted an order of interim stay and by virtue of the interim order, the petitioner continued in the same School and thereafter, she was transferred to some other School on routine way.
5. In view of the above, the prayer sought for in the writ petition becomes infructuous and hence, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
