JUDGMENT / ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner stating that the order of this Court dated 14.12.2012 passed in WP.No.8197 of 2005 has been disobeyed by the respondents.

Today, when the matter came up for hearing, Mr.K.V.Dhanapalan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 produced a copy of the proceeding of the 3rd respondent in e/f/vz;;/4284/<2/2014 dated 01.02.2017 and submitted that the order of this Court dated 14.12.2012 has been complied with. The same was refuted by the learned counsel for the petitioner stating that it is only a partial compliance of the order.
3. In view of the submissions so made on either side, this Court directs the petitioner to file a fresh representation enclosing all the relevant materials to the respondents and on filing of such representation and documents, the respondents shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above directions, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
