The writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for issuance of a writ of mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 from posting the petitioner to any other aided school till the 4th respondent school is taken over by the Government.
2. I heard Mr.M.Muthappan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.R.Govindasamy, Special Government Pleader for respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.R.Ravi Chandran for R4 appearing for the respondents.
3. It is reported by learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as learned counsel appearing for the respondents that the petitioner has been continuing in her service.
4. Recording the above, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
