The petitioner has filed the above petition to call for the entire records in Crl.M.P.No.1867 of 2017 in EFIR no.187 of2014 on the file of V Metropolitan Magistrate, Allikulam, Chennai.
2. The V Metropolitan Magistrate, Allikulam, Chennai, by order dated 17.5.2017 in Crl.M.P.No.1867 of 2017, while ordering return of vehicle, imposed certain conditions and the petitioner filed the present petition seeking to set aside the above conditions.

3. Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor and perused the materials available on record.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the first condition imposed by the learned V Metropolitan Magistrate viz., “ the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- with one surety for the like sum. The surety shall be a owner of movable or immovable property worth more than Rs.2,00,000/- and shall furnish necessary documents.” is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.1,00,000/-. The other conditions imposed by the learned V Metropolitan Magistrate, by Order dated 17.5.2017 in Crl.M.P.No.1867 of 2017 remains unaltered. With the above modification, the criminal original petition is disposed of.
