Applicant has filed an affidavit of service dated 25.03.2021 averring that in compliance of the order dated 03.02.2021, he has got published the citation of the petition in one Hindi Newspaper namely "Aaj", but he could not get published the same in English newspaper "Northern Indian Patrika", as has been directed by this Court, vide order dated 03.02.2021, because of strike in the establishment.
Applicant has also filed application dated 17.03.2021 i.e. Application No. 1/2021 beseeching that petitioner/applicant may be permitted to get the citation of the petition published in another English newspaper as publication work is not going on in the "Northern India Patrika", last few days.
Accordingly, application dated 17.03.2021 is hereby, allowed and the petitioner is permitted to get the citation of the petition published in "Hindustan Times" and file the affidavit of service, within a period of three weeks from today.
