Order: (per the Hon’ble the Chief Justice Sri Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta)
We are unable to draw up any contempt proceedings because of the reason that the order speaks about of two interpretations and it is very difficult to carry out this order going by its apparent reading.
Hence, the contempt case is dismissed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to take suitable legal measures, as may be advised.
Consequently, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall also stand dismissed. No costs.
