This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to set aside the proceeding in Rc.No.D1CS/7817/2014, dated 22-10-2014, issued by respondent No.2, whereby he has suspended the petitioner’s authorization in respect of fair price shop No.19 of Devarapalli Village, Pamidi Mandal, Anantapur District.
At the hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies (AP) representing the respondents has placed before the Court another proceeding in D.Dis.No.D1.CS/7817/2014, dated 15-11-2014, issued by respondent No.2, whereby he has dropped the charges framed against the petitioner vide the impugned proceeding and restored her fair price shop authorization.
In view of the aforesaid proceeding, dated 15- 11-2014, issued by respondent No.2 subsequent to the impugned proceeding, no further adjudication of the Writ Petition is needed and the same is, accordingly, closed.
As a sequel, WPMP.No.43229 of 2014, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
