JUDGMENT / ORDER

Mr.Era Premnath, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the main writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. The petitioners have filed the above writ petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider their representation dated 07.06.2017 and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to release/hand over the documents viz., Sale Deed dated 14.06.2017 registered as document No.5 of 2007 on the file of the 2nd respondent to them.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that it would be suffice to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioners' representation dated 07.06.2017 and pass orders in accordance with law.
4. Mr.Era Premnath, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the 2nd respondent may be directed to consider the petitioners'
representation and pass orders in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks'.
5. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioners' representation dated 07.06.2017 and pass orders in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With this observation, the writ petition is disposed of.
No costs.
