2. When this Criminal Original Petition was taken up, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the first accused in the case has been arrested on 14.02.2017. For filing final report, he seeks time.
3. Recording the above statement made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of, directing the respondent police to file final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
