This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
“to issue any writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the 2nd respondent in appointing the petitioner as Fair Price Shop dealer on compassionate ground as null and void and to direct the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner for appointment as such.”
After arguing the case, Mr.VHVRR.Swamy, learned Counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to his client to file a fresh one after allowing the respondents a reasonable time to consider his client’s representation, dated 26.11.2014, for compassionate appointment.
The request of the learned Counsel for the petitioner is accepted and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner in terms of the prayer made.
As a sequel, WPMP.No.47256 of 2014, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
